Experience the vibrancy, colour and flavours with a dazzling array of award-winning illuminations and entertainment daily, from six to ten pm between the 14th – 22nd February.
Featuring impressive light exhibits, the interactive 12-metre dragon procession, light shows and traditional lion dances.
Discover and become part of the 12-metre Chinese Dragon Procession as it winds its way around the park’s Woodland Ponds. Legendary in Chinese mythology, dragons traditionally symbolise power, strength and good luck.
Overlooking the projections across the Woodland Ponds, lion performers, accompanied by sound effects and pyrotechnics will take to the stage for a spectacular, illuminated dance show. Expertly choreographed by the Robin Hill team, the shows are based on traditional Chinese lion dances, in which performers mimic a big cat’s movements to bring good fortune.
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://samfmsouth.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Competition-Terms.pdf (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Nation Broadcasting (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Red Funnel Breakfast Competition’ (the “Competition”) which will run from 06:00 on 10/01/2020 to 09:30 on 14/01/2020 on Sam South Coast radio station.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message starting with the word SAM to 66777 (the “Text Message Line”) messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air by the presenter.
All Entrants selected to play may be required to partake in a phone call with a presenter from the radio station. The call may be recorded and played on-air and online. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated, and another Entrant selected at random.
The presenter will ask a multiple-choice question. Entrants will need to answer this correctly for the chance to win.
Winners will be selected at random from the correct entries received on the day/times of entry.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

You will be contacted by a member of the Sam team in order to collate your full contact details, you will also need to provide proof of ID such as a driving licence in order to receive the monetary prize.
